It all began with our beautiful little girl.

She is our everything — the reason behind all that we do. But the journey to her wasn’t as simple as it’s often imagined. After two and a half years of IVF, countless procedures, surgeries, tears, and broken hopes, we were finally blessed to welcome her in early 2025.

Parenthood isn’t always gentle (hello reflux and teething — all at once).

As first-time parents, we’ve felt it all: the tears, the laughter, and the moments of complete helplessness — all held together by an unshakable love that makes every hard day worth it. Like so many others, we were swept into the whirlwind of newborn life: broken sleep, unexpected challenges, and the constant search for that parenting handbook, determined to get it right for her.

Early on, our girl struggled with colic and reflux. Her cries were constant. Her discomfort relentless. We tried everything — cuddles, rocking, soothing, and late-night Googling that sent us spiralling — but nothing seemed to help. Watching her in pain and feeling powerless was a kind of heartbreak no one prepares you for.

Out of those long, emotional days, we designed this lounger — one small but meaningful way to comfort our angel and support ourselves through a season that tested us in every way.

The Nestrite Lounger is soft, supportive, and thoughtfully practical. While it was created for our daughter, we soon realised it could help other parents walking a similar path.
