We know that parenthood is a journey filled with trial and error — some things fit seamlessly into your routine, and others simply don’t. At Nestrite, we design every product with love, care, and the hope that it makes your days a little easier and your little one a little more comfortable.

But we also know that sometimes, despite best intentions, a product might not be the perfect fit. And that’s okay. That’s why we offer our 30-Day Love & Care Guarantee: if you don’t absolutely love your Nestrite product within 30 days of receiving it, you can return it for a full refund. No worries, no fuss — just peace of mind.

How It Works

• Try it at home. Put your product to the test in your everyday routine.

• Not quite right? If it doesn’t bring you and your little one the comfort you expected, simply return it within 30 days.

• We’ll make it right. Once your return is received, we’ll process your refund quickly — because your time and trust matter to us.

Return Requirements

• The item must be returned (even if gently used) to be eligible for a refund.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless your item is faulty or we made a mistake).

• Original packaging is wonderful if you have it, but not required.

Starting a Return

1. Email us at admin@nestriteco.com with your order number and a quick note about your return.

2. We’ll share the return address and next steps.

3. Once we receive your product back, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you’d prefer to try a different product instead, we’re happy to arrange an exchange:

• Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be in unused condition and returned in its original packaging.

• Once received, we’ll send your replacement. If it’s not available, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or you notice a fault, please let us know within 14 days at admin@nestriteco.com. We’ll make things right straight away with either a replacement or refund.

Refunds

• Refunds will always be issued to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.

• Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days after we’ve received and inspected your return.
